Spring & Summer Campaigns

Overview
One of the challenges in the apparel industry is to sell through inventory before the next season hits, while keeping product feeling fresh through the final weeks.

Approach
I led this charge by creating a strategy across merchandising, buyers, copywriters, and designers to build weekly-themed color stories that reframed existing inventory in fresh, cohesive ways. Instead of pushing one-off promotions, we created connected narratives that carried across e-commerce, email, social, and print.
To keep us on track, we developed a scalable asset playbook with pre-approved messaging and color stories that not only generated customer excitement but also aligned our internal teams around a cohesive narrative, increasing speed, alignment, and production efficiency. 

Outcome
This strategy supported four 8-week launches, 200+ digital assets per drop, and four 48-page catalogs, driving sustained engagement, a 2% conversion rate, and $6M in revenue.
