Set in Linden Hills, one of Minneapolis’ most loved neighborhoods, Linden 43 sits within walking distance of everyday favorites—coffee shops, yoga studios, the farmers market, and the trails around Lake Harriet and Bde Maka Ska. It was positioned as a luxury lakeside retreat that still feels deeply connected to its neighborhood.

Approach
The logo draws from a vintage trolley badge, nodding to the historic streetcar lines that once connected towns within a town. The contour or depth lines of Lake Harriet are subtle blue water textures that carry that connection to the lakes throughout the brand.

Outcome
More than half of the residences were leased before the building was complete.
